Systematic video monitoring is a safe and effective way to strive towards a "zero defect" quality applied to every delivered part.
Inside the control area, the precise positioning of parts is defined when programming the robot. One or more cameras, each provided with a ring light device, they equip the control station. Following criterias programmed in advance, they allow the validation of compliance of each piece and guarantee the identification of pieces to be rejected. A video display monitor complete this efficient control device.
